Areas of Expertise
Individual Counseling
We specialize in anxiety disorders, childhood trauma, personality disorders, and emotional management and regulation. Working with individuals ages 14 and up, we use a collaborative approach to address life issues.
Couples Counseling
Couples counseling can be beneficial at any stage of a relationship. I specialize in pre-marital counseling, conflict resolution, infidelity, divorce care and blended families. Therapy consists of improving communication, building trust, and working though life changes and challenges, to name a few.
Parent-Child Relationships
We work with parents and children who desire to rebuild a parent-child relationship that has been damaged or estranged. This also includes parents and their adult children. This form of therapy addresses rejection, alienation, and the breakdown of communication one or both parties may be experiencing.

Gottman Method Couples Therapy
Being trained in a variety of therapy methods means our can take an eclectic approach to treatment and understand your mental health journey is unique to you and treatment should be tailored to meet those needs.
We also take a holistic approach to counseling. We believe that there can be various factors capable of influencing our emotions and behaviors. These influences can be environmental, lifestyle, spiritual, economical, etc. By seeing things holistically, we believe that we will be able to reach long term resolutions as opposed to only addressing situational challenges.
